2026 is shaping up to be a landmark year for Finchatton, with a strong pipeline of developments and private client projects across the UK and internationally. At the heart of our London portfolio, momentum is building across Kensington & Chelsea - most notably at Hans Place, Knightsbridge, one of our most anticipated projects.

Demolition is now underway, with recently installed branded hoarding marking a major milestone on site. Following not far behind, strip out has just finished at our two developments in W8 - Cottesmore Gardens and Victoria Road. With Thomas’s Kensington School now settled at Atlantic House, branded hoardings are being installed and demolition will begin, heralding the redevelopment of these distinguished addresses into 13 beautifully considered homes – 8 of which have already been sold.

The Finchatton country team are equally busy across the South of England. Candover Manor is rising on site, private client commissions are advancing throughout Hampshire and the South Downs, and The Candover - our first hospitality venture - is preparing to open in late Spring. Alongside a number of international private client projects, the year ahead promises a period of tangible delivery and exciting strategic progress across Finchatton’s portfolio.
