Andrew Dunn founded Finchatton in 2001 and over the last twenty five years, has built a reputation as one of the UK’s leading super prime designer/developers.

Anthony Kazan
Anthony joined Finchatton in 2024, bringing twenty years’ experience in prime real estate development. A qualified civil engineer, Anthony started his career in mixed-use development, working on projects in both London and Paris and more recently, focused on the Central London development market.

Alex Jaggs
Alex joined the design team at Finchatton in 2007 where his passion for exceptional architecture and design has been nurtured. From expansive lateral apartments in London to waterfront homes in the Caribbean, Alex strives to enrich the lives of the clients through designs which are beautiful, functional and enduring.

Anna joined Finchatton in 2017 as Andrew Dunn’s EA.

James Rooker
James has grown with Finchatton since joining in 2012. James completed his first Finchatton Development and his first Private Client commission in 2013. In 2014, James completed his RIBA Part III and registered as an Architect with the ARB; he has since gone on to deliver over 25 Finchatton projects and is now Project Director.

Juan Torres-Nava
JC joined Finchatton in 2013 and has over 19 years experience working in the super-prime residential market. JC has been involved with a number of important schemes in the UK and overseas for Finchatton.

Leo Sentou
Leo has spent his career designing high-end residential and hospitality projects. Since joining Finchatton in 2017, he continues to hone his skills and sense for detail, whilst growing a strong passion for beautiful finishes. A “contemporary classicist”, he is always after timeless elegance and spaces that are easy to live in.

Steve Fuller
Steve is an accomplished director with extensive experience of delivering major construction and transformation programmes. Known for sharp commercial insight and driving complex change, he ensures exceptional results on luxury residential, hotel and mixed-use projects.

Natasha Heyes
Natasha joined Finchatton in 2022 and is an experienced and qualified architect with a background in large scale commercial projects from her time at Foster + Partners. At Finchatton, she transitioned into interior architecture and design, working on both Finchatton Development and private client projects.
Interior Designer
Ore Adesoye
Born in Nigeria, her passion for interior design led her to study at the prestigious European Institute of Design in Milan and later at London’s Inchbald School of Design. After an inspiring internship at Finchatton, she rejoined the team in early 2023.

Lisa has over thirty years experience advising founder-led businesses on strategic marketing, business development and comms.
Country Acquisitions & Sales Director
David Milligan
David joined Finchatton in 2021 but has been immersed in property since becoming a Chartered Surveyor thirty years ago. David has branched out into high-end residential development, recognising the increasing demand from the market for elegant quality, state of the art country houses which will become the listed buildings of the future.

Mark Barker
Mark joined Finchatton in 2026. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, he brings extensive experience in financial planning, debt, investment transactions, and investor relations, including the successful delivery of a £6bn residential portfolio sale to the Ministry of Defence.

Bruce has over 20 years of experience in the UK’s real estate industry. Specialising in high-end residential and luxury property markets, he has built a strong reputation for his expertise and leadership in managing complex and prestigious real estate transactions.

Gerard Owen-Rafferty
Gerard is our Financial Controller and joined us in January 2013. He splits his time between our Hampshire and London offices and amongst other things is responsible for bank financing and monitoring project performance.

Sarah Judd
Sarah joined Finchatton in 2026 and is a senior property professional specialising in the prime residential sector, with experience spanning sales, strategy and advisory work across the UK and international markets.

Richard Flux
Richard started in the construction industry 40 years ago, initially as a tradesman, eventually working on high end residential property. Richard worked up to Construction Director, developing bespoke high-end properties and passionate about delivering both design and quality, now manages all the projects for Finchatton out of London.

Ioana Hodja
Ioana joined Finchatton in 2018 and is a knowledgeable accounts payable specialist with 10+ years’ accounting experience.

Dan Jennings
Dan started at Finchatton in January 2024 as Senior Quantity Surveyor with 22 years experience in the construction industry. Dan's role is to provide accurate financial forecasting, cost management and advice on best value, maintaining the highest finish standards.

James joined Finchatton in 2023, from a background in industrial design working across various disciplines and sectors, residental projects to large commercial projects. James brings a detail-focused approach to architectural design. He strives to deliver breathtaking architecture on time and in budget with limited fuss.

Alyson Khaw
Alyson has over 15 years experience in luxury residential projects ranging from multi unit developments in Chelsea to private villas in the UAE. With a strong background in technical design and on site experience, she now implements the design team’s concept and oversees the design packages.
