London boasts some of the world’s most stunning architecture. A rich mix of periods and styles creates a unique skyline and highlights exceptional architecture throughout the city. Amid these masterpieces, new buildings rise alongside our city’s historic landmarks, creating a purposeful blend of old and new.
While we celebrate this blend, we are dedicated to restoring and preserving traditional classical designs that are integral to London’s beauty and historical narrative. We are passionate about restoring historic buildings, towns, and developments across the UK to their former glory. Restoring these buildings provides a sense of permanence and reassurance to communities in an ever-changing world.
Too often, buildings are demolished without considering the benefits of regeneration and restoration. We aim to change this perspective in the coming years.
Hans Place, London
This area was originally designed by Henry Holland in the mid-18th century, featuring Georgian facades. By the late 19th century, these were replaced by the Queen Anne Revival style, noted for its vibrant red brick. Over time, many of these buildings have been altered, leaving only remnants of the original style. One property retains some of these remnants, while another was entirely rebuilt in the 1970s with a modernist design.
Our plan is to restore the important red brick facades, preserving the traditional exterior while incorporating modern homes designed for the 21st century behind them.
