The most recent chapter in Finchatton’s history includes two notable developments in London; Twenty Grosvenor Square and The Whiteley. Completing at the end of 2023, The Whiteley is the large-scale reimagining of the former Whiteleys shopping centre in London’s Bayswater. Designed by Foster + Partners, The Whiteley will feature 139 world-class, modern residences, 20 new shops and restaurants, a cinema, a large-scale gym, and London’s flagship Six Senses hotel and spa with 110 rooms, as well as its social wellness club.
In 2019, Finchatton completed the first standalone Private Residences with Four Seasons – Twenty Grosvenor Square, Mayfair. 37 private residences, Twenty Grosvenor Square has been masterfully designed by Finchatton to combine exceptional elegance with legendary Four Seasons service to create the ultimate lifestyle experience combining.
