At our two developments in W8, works are continuing to gain momentum across both sites, with branded hoardings now installed and demolition works advancing well. Extensive breakout and underpinning works are currently underway, marking a significant stage in the construction programme - bringing the transformation of these distinguished addresses into 13 thoughtfully designed homes ever closer to reality.

Alongside activity on site, the Finchatton Design team continues to evolve the interior design direction, carefully refining each element of the scheme. Current efforts are focused on sourcing exceptional suppliers, finishes, materials and bespoke detailing from across London and further afield, ensuring a highly considered and elevated final result.
