Whether you’re building your dream house or renovating an existing one, we act exclusively for private individuals, making the process simpler, more seamless and enjoyable. Creating a home should be exciting, but it can often become a second job. Our private client offering takes away the complexity, acting as a single point of contact with our specialist in-house team doing all the planning, design and project management.
With over two decades of experience in exceptional residential projects, Finchatton Private understands that every home should be as individual as the people who live in it. Our trusted relationships with leading architects, artisans and specialists allow us to bring together the right expertise for each project - creating homes that feel personal, considered and built to last.
