We are delighted to announce the promotion of Alex Jaggs to Managing Partner of Finchatton's Country Division, marking an exciting new chapter for both AJ and the country business. AJ will take full responsibility for the country division, covering Finchatton’s own development projects as well as the increasing number of projects for private clients.

As Finchatton celebrates its 25th anniversary, AJ's promotion is particularly significant. Having been with the company for 18 years, he is one of our longest-serving team members and has played an integral role in shaping the success and evolution of the rural business. This is a testament to AJ’s outstanding contribution.

With an ambitious pipeline, AJ is currently overseeing the launch of Candover Manor; working on early stage development plans for Vachery Farm, Cranleigh, our first multi-unit development , and a handful of other confidential projects in the South of England. In addition, he is managing a number of ongoing projects under the Finchatton Private umbrella, including a 42,000sqft family home on the South Downs and the completion of Upper Wield House in Hampshire.

The country team has also been responsible for the recent delivery of Finchatton’s first hospitality project, The Candover, a country pub with rooms.
